Jie iveda i A kategorija papildomus tipus (zr. zemiau) ir pabriezia kad Member States gali licenzuoti civilimas A6, A7, A8 ir A9 kategoriju ginklus. Taigi dabar nuo musu valdzios priklauso, ka ir kuom jie leis.

in category A, the following points are added:
"6. Automatic firearms which have been converted into semi-automatic firearms, without prejudice to Article 7(4a).
7. Any of the following centre-fire semi-automatic firearms:
(a) short firearms which allow the firing of more than 21 rounds without reloading, if:
(i) a loading device with a capacity exceeding 20 rounds is part of that firearm; or
(ii) a detachable loading device with a capacity exceeding 20 rounds is inserted into it;
(b) long firearms which allow the firing of more than 11 rounds without reloading, if:
(i) a loading device with a capacity exceeding 10 rounds is part of that firearm; or
(ii) a detachable loading device with a capacity exceeding 10 rounds is inserted into it.
8. Semi-automatic long firearms (i.e. firearms that are originally intended to be fired from the shoulder) that can be reduced to a length of less than 60cm without losing functionality by means of a folding or telescoping stock or by a stock that can be removed without using tools.
9.Any firearm in this category that has been converted to firing blanks, irritants, other active substances or pyrotechnic rounds or into a salute or acoustic weapons

“Loading devices themselves, including magazines, are not restricted per se. Member states are able to give authorisation for such Category A firearms for sport shooters, existing holders, collectors, reservists and certain other specialist users.

Gal aš kažko nesuprantu bet LR įstatymai ir taip griežtesni nei numatyta šitoje direktyvoje (jei ten neina kalba apie dėtuvių talpą) Kitaip sakant mūsų (Lietuvos šaulių) tai niekaip neliečia?

O gal dar ne viskas prarasta?
Tereikia mums paspaust savo valdžios žmones, kad mums sportininkams taikytų išimtį.

O kaip suprasti šitą sakinį: "Naujoji direktyva nebeleis civiliams įsigyti ir laikyti ne tik automatinių, bet ir tokių pusiau automatinių ginklų, kurie gali šaudyti didesnėmis nei 20 šovinių serijomis (jei tai trumpieji ginklai) arba didesnėmis nei 10 šovinių serijomis (jei tai ilgieji ginklai)."
Pusiau automatiniai ginklai šaudantys serijomis? Tai gal tada automatiniai? Bet tokie ginklai Lietuvoje civiliams uždrausti. Ar čia eina kalba apie ginklų dėtuvių talpą?
